These are the kinds of roads we love to travel. When you get off the beaten path, you find the best photos. This photo was taken on Christmas day, west of Choteau, Mt.

You can see the dark clouds of a storm in the upper left hand corner. Those clouds later brought below zero temperatures, and blowing wind and snow. I like watching the storms move over the land. The air preceding this storm was so cold, you couldn't bear to stand in it for five minutes.
